• Mapping business requirements to SAP solutions to optimize customer service order process
• AMS Support on SAP CS operation business process
• Bridge business needs with technical solutions by analyzing operations, creating functional specs, performing testing, and providing post-go-live support
• Analyzing and improving existing SAP CS processes to increase efficiency.
• Expert in Incident Management and Problem management
