Job summary

Black Box in Bengaluru is seeking an SAP S/4 HANA Functional Consultant specializing in SD to lead end-to-end configurations and enhancements. The role requires strong knowledge of Order to Cash, delivery and intercompany processes, plus experience with ABAP and data-migration tools.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM and Finance, execute end-to-end testing, and troubleshoot production issues while ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Preferable 2+ years on S/4 HANA and SAP Certification (not mandatory). At-least 1-2 full end to end implementations.
• Functional experience with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
• SD - Should be strong in Configuration in areas: Order to Cash Cycle, Outbound delivery, Third Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Stock Transfer Order, Billing Plan, Pricing, Routines; Report & Smart Form development.
• Knowledge about User exits, BADI & BAPI; Knowledge of Procure to Pay Cycle.
• CS / Customer Services (Contracts Management, Service Order, Service Confirmation), Resource Related Billing, Sales and Services integration; Knowledge of Project Order advantages.
• LTMC, LSMW for mass updates; ABAP Query Building.
• Expert in ABAP Debugging, Interfaces, Workflow; Strong in Routines and User exits.
• Support highly complex SAP Enhancements for Order Management; debug enhancements and troubleshoot issues; SLA adherence for production issues and post-Go Live Support.
• Knowledge and experience with MM and Finance.
• Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and Independent in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SD processes including Order to Cash, billing, pricing and delivery.
• Perform ABAP debugging and enhancements for integration scenarios.
• Execute mass data updates using LTMC/LSMW; develop ABAP queries for reporting.
• Coordinate with MM and Finance modules to ensure end-to-endProcess alignment.
• Support post-go-live issues and provide production support.
