Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking a SAP CS consultant to configure and implement SAP CS order processing, analyze tickets, and resolve incidents or service requests by priority. This role will map business requirements to SAP solutions to optimize the customer service order process and provide AMS support on SAP CS operations.

You will bridge business needs with technical solutions by analyzing operations, creating functional specs, performing testing, and offering post-go-live

Responsibilities

• Configures and implements SAP Customer Service order & Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving support tickets (incidents or service requests) based on priority
• Mapping business requirements to SAP solutions to optimize customer service order process
• AMS Support on SAP CS operation business process
• Bridge business needs with technical solutions by analyzing operations, creating functional specs, performing testing, and providing post-go-live support
• Analyzing and improving existing SAP CS processes to increase efficiency.
• Expert in Incident Management and Problem management
