Rohde & Schwarz (China) Technology Co., Ltd. is looking for an SAP consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, India. You will provide consulting and support in the Customer Service area, advising on IT matters based on the defined target architecture.

• Provide consulting and support in customer service area (SAP-CS).
• Strengthen SAP CS team for SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
• Conceive, design and implement business solutions considering governance model.

Job description

• As an SAP consultant, you will provide consulting and support for our Business Process Owner in the customer service area (SAP-CS) and advise the business departments on all IT matters based on the defined target architecture.
• You will strengthen the SAP CS team for our international SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
• You will conceive, design and implement business solutions in the area of Customer Service (focus on CS, FSM) considering our governance model.
• You carry out the customization of the application, the functional tests, plus support with integration tests or user acceptance tests. The creation of IT concepts as input for our development team is also part of your task.
• You advise and support the selection of suitable applications.
• Together with your colleagues, you will provide holistic support for our SAP logistics applications, add-ons and interfaces to subsystems (including technical 2nd Level support)
• You will work closely with our internal colleagues in an international environment.
