Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a seasoned SAP CS specialist to lead design, implementation, and support of the SAP Customer Service module. The role includes configuring service processing, dispatching, billing, and the installed base, with integration to SD, PM, MM, and FI for end-to-end lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to upgrades and migrations to S/4HANA while ensuring compliance and optimal performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation, and support of SAP CS module.
• Configure service processing, dispatching, billing, and installed base.
• Integrate SAP CS with SD, PM, MM, FI for end-to-end service lifecycle management.
• Manage customer service processes including maintenance planning, repairs, field service, and spare parts management.
• Define and maintain master data such as equipment, serial numbers, service materials, and customer records.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize workflows, and ensure high system performance and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable service management solutions.
• Support system upgrades, S/4HANA migration, global rollouts, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
