Job summary

Tech Mahindra in India is seeking an SAP CRM Consultant to configure CRM modules, manage master data, and integrate with ECC/S4HANA and non-SAP systems. The role includes training teammates, conducting blueprint workshops, and supporting order and lead management processes.

Responsibilities cover campaign configuration, pricing, and setting up knowledge management for call centers. The candidate will work across Kolkata and Chennai locations with permanent employment.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Did SAP CRM Master Data, Order Management, Campaign Management, Lead management and Pricing configuration.
• 2. Configured and worked with the BW-BPS module, developing several budget plans.
• 3. Hands-on experience in middleware and Integration with SAP modules(ECC/S4HANA) and non-SAP systems. Build knowledge of the Enterprise Application Interface in order to efficiently troubleshoot middleware & interface issues.
• 4.
