Job summary

PwC is seeking an SAP ABAP CRM Technical Consultant for immediate to short notice join in Pune. You will work on SAP CRM technical development, customization and production support, interfacing with SAP ECC/S/4HANA via CRM Middleware.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of SAP CRM/ABAP experience, hands-on with BSP, GenIL, CRM Web UI and related tools, and a proven track record in delivering enhancements and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP ABAP CRM is essential.
• 4+ years of relevant SAP CRM/ABAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on SAP CRM technical development, customization, enhancements, and production support.
• Analyze functional specifications and prepare technical design documents.
• Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI components using Component Workbench.
• Work on BSP, BOL/GenIL, CRM Web UI, and UI configuration enhancements.
• Implement enhancements using BADIs, user exits, enhancement spots, implicit/explicit enhancements, and BT events.
• Develop custom ABAP objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Work on SAP CRM business objects such as Business Partner, Trade Promotions, Fund, Claims.
• Support and enhance CRM One Order Framework objects.
• Handle integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA using CRM Middleware.

• Work on BSP, BOL/GenIL, CRM Web UI, and UI configuration enhancements.
• Implement enhancements using:
