A consulting firm is looking for an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with over 6 years of expertise in SAP CRM modules and technical architecture. Key responsibilities include enhancing CRM 7.0 features, performing EHP upgrades, and hands-on programming in BOL-GENIL. Familiarity with SAP Notes and procedural ABAP processes is essential. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enhancement Framework in CRM 7.0 with AET, EEWB, Structural Enhancements etc.
• Hands-On experience in BOL-GENIL programming.
• Good working knowledge on 1-Order Framework including APIs.
• Involved in an SAP CRM EHP upgrade and must be well-versed in related technical processes.
• Familiarity with SPAU, SPDD, and SAP Notes for managing custom developments.
• Procedural ABAP including ALV, RFC & LSMW, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms.

Responsibilities / Focus

• Enhancement Framework in CRM 7.0 with AET, EEWB, Structural Enhancements etc.
• Hands-On experience in BOL-GENIL programming
• Good working knowledge on 1-Order Framework including APIs
• Worked in Technical solutioning and Architecture, complex IT Landscape including SAP CRM, ERP/S4HANA, other non SAP systems
• Involved in an SAP CRM EHP upgrade must be well-versed in these technical processes and tools to ensure a successful upgrade
• Familiarity with SPAU, SPDD, SAP Notes, and other related activities is crucial for managing custom developments, ensuring system compatibility, and maintaining system integrity throughout the upgrade process
• Procedural ABAP including ALV, RFC & LSMW, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms
• Should have worked BRs/CRs development process
• Exposure to C4C/O-data/Fiori would be added advantage
• Relevant coursework/projects that demonstrate candidate communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong work ethic that prove high quality deliverables
