The role covers fit-gap analysis, creating RICEF specs, testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT), end-user training, and post-go-live support, with strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP CRM processes.
• Configure and implement SAP CRM modules including Account & Contact Management, Opportunity Management, Activity Management, Service Management, Sales & Marketing Processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEF objects).
• Coordinate with technical, integration, and testing teams.
• Support integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S4HANA systems.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
