Job Overview
Cloud Certitude is hiring a Salesforce QA Engineer responsible for testing Salesforce applications, ensuring product quality, and handling both manual and automation testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications
- Create and execute test cases and test plans
- Identify, log, and track bugs and defects
- Work closely with development teams for issue resolution
- Validate system functionality and performance
- Ensure quality standards are met before deployment
- Maintain test documentation and reports
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of QA testing experience
- Strong experience in Salesforce testing
- Knowledge of manual and automation testing tools
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
