Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for Salesforce applications, ensuring full coverage of functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Perform manual testing across Salesforce environments, with exposure to automation tools where applicable.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance QA efficiency, including test case optimization and defect analysis.
- Collaborate with development, product, and program teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely issue resolution.
- Track, document, and report defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, ensuring transparency in QA progress.
- Identify risks and define mitigation plans to ensure smooth and high‑quality delivery cycles.
- Provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders and senior management on testing progress and quality metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
- Hands‑on experience in manual testing, test case design, and QA delivery in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform concepts (Sales Cloud experience preferred).
- Exposure to AI‑assisted QA tools and willingness to integrate AI into testing workflows.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar defect tracking and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Salesforce Admin certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
