Job summary

Hash Agile Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience to validate Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will design test plans, execute functional and regression tests, automate using Selenium/Provar, and collaborate with BA, devs, and release teams to ensure quality releases. Experience with SOQL and Data Loader is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce apps.

• Validate configurations: Flows, Validation Rules, Apex, Objects, Profiles, and Reports.
• Test Salesforce integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Execute data validation and migration testing with Data Loader and SOQL.
• Record defects and collaborate with BA, developers, and release managers.
• Support CI/CD validation and release testing across environments.
• Contribute to automation through Selenium, Provar, or related tools.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in validating Salesforce implementations, customizations, integrations, and ensuring high-quality releases across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce solution

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and smoke testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Experience.
• Test integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
• Perform data validation and migration testing using Salesforce Data Loader, SOQL, and related tools.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Release Managers to ensure complete test coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and release validation activities.
• Develop and maintain reusable automated test scripts using Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce testing frameworks.
• Support CI/CD validation and release testing across multiple Salesforce environments.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing best practices, and quality processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration testing, including Flows, Validation Rules, Apex, Custom Objects, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Reports. Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data validation.
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar.
• Knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce Data Loader. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification. Experience with Copado, Gearset, Git, or other Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external systems, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Exposure to performance and security testing for Salesforce applications.
