Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents to ensure clear understanding and testability.
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test plans for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, UI/UX validation, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Work closely with the development team to identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and Lightning components.
• Ensure data integrity by validating data migrations, imports, and integrations with external systems.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain test automation scripts (using Selenium, Provar, or similar Salesforce QA tools).
• Ensure compliance with best practices and Salesforce release management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce QA/Testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, configurations, and limitations.
• Experience in manual testing and familiarity with automation testing tools (Provar, Selenium, Apex testing frameworks).
• Good knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce Data Loader for test data setup and validation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
