We are seeking a Salesforce Manual Tester (QA) with 2 years of hands‑on experience in manual testing of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements. You will work closely with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to support high‑quality Salesforce releases across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications including functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to design test scenarios and test cases.
  • Test Salesforce components such as: Custom objects and fields, Page layouts and Lightning UI, Workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and Flows, Profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Execute test cases and document test results clearly.
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and ensure issue resolution.
  • Validate data integrity, reports, dashboards, and basic integrations.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain QA documentation including test plans, test cases, defect reports, and test summary reports.>
  • Ensure Salesforce releases meet quality standards, business expectations, and user experience goals.

Skills/Experience

  • 2 years of QA experience, with at least Salesforce manual testing experience.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
  • Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce platform basics, including data model, workflow automation, records, security, etc.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of API testing (Postman, SOAP/REST).
  • Experience with lightweight automation support tools or test orchestration.
  • Knowledge of data loader, reports, dashboards, and security model testing.
