Job summary

Sinch is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA professional to lead manual and automated testing across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Cloud environments. You will craft test plans, execute tests, and drive bug resolution in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication with cross-functional teams, API testing, and hands-on testing of Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on testing Salesforce systems.
• Proactive problem-solver who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce-compatible automation tools (Provar, Reflect, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Hands‑on Testing & Leadership

• Do both manual & automated testing: Write test plans, perform manual testing, and build automated test scripts to ensure new releases do not break existing functionality.
• Track & fix bugs: Identify, log, and trace software bugs while collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to resolve issues quickly.
• Use agile tools: Manage testing tasks and bug tracking in Jira and Zephyr.
• Proficiency with at least one Salesforce automation tool—Provar, Reflect, or Selenium‑based frameworks.

Salesforce Testing Areas

• CPQ & Billing (Revenue Cloud): Verify accurate bundling, pricing, invoicing, and subscription handling.
• Core Salesforce (Sales Cloud): Test page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and lead‑to‑opportunity transitions.
• Marketing Cloud: Check multi‑channel journeys, email triggers, and data list functionality.
• System integrations: Ensure data flows seamlessly between Sales, Marketing, and Revenue systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on testing Salesforce systems.
• Proactive problem‑solver who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Technical Skills

• Balance between manual testing and script development.
• Experience with Salesforce‑compatible automation tools (Provar, Reflect, or equivalent).
• API testing experience using tools such as Postman.
• Hands‑on testing of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud/CPQ processes.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced or industry‑specific CPQ.
• ISTQB Agile Tester or a similar recognized testing certification.
