A skilled QA professional with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testing, responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Salesforce applications through manual, automated, and API testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.
• Perform API testing to validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and overall software quality.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, enhancements, and best practices to refine testing processes.
