Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Salesforce QA Lead to define and execute end-to-end QA strategy for Salesforce apps in India. You will lead a team of QA engineers, guiding test planning, automation, and defect management to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Responsibilities include reviews of test plans and strategies, collaboration with BAs, Devs and POs, and active participation in CI/CD and DevOps for Salesforce deployments. Strong leadership and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ.
• Hands-on expertise in test planning, strategy, defect management and test execution.
• Strong automation exposure with Selenium, Tosca or similar tools.
• Proficient in API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration testing.
• Familiar with Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and stakeholder communication.

• Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum methodologies and release management processes.
• Provide QA metrics, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders.
• Support CI/CD and DevOps initiatives for Salesforce deployments.
