Job summary

Mak Plywood Industries in Mangaluru seeks a skilled Sales Coach to design and deliver training programs for the sales team, orient new hires, and develop coaching plans with senior representatives.

You will conduct exercise sessions, observe encounters, collect performance data, and collaborate with trainers and managers to meet financial objectives, ensuring growth and consistency across the sales force.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least two years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position.
• Certifications in sales training are preferred.

• Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
• Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.

• Coordinates with other sales trainers and sales managers.

• Hires and onboards new sales trainees.
