Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Training Need Analysis (TNA) and coaching.
• Experience in Sales Training, Process Training, or L&D is preferred.

Eligibility:

• 2-7 years of experience in Sales Training, Process Training, or Learning & Development.
• Experience in BPO, Insurance, BFSI, or Tele-sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Training Need Analysis (TNA), coaching, and performance management.
• Graduation is mandatory.
