Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking an experienced Process Trainer to lead training and development for the B2C sales/voice process. The role emphasizes hands-on sales training, process basics, and performance metrics to improve agent productivity.

You will conduct training for new and existing staff, identify gaps, deliver coaching, and report outcomes to stakeholders, collaborating with Operations and Quality teams to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Process/Sales Training.
• Mandatory experience in a Voice Process.
• Strong B2C Sales experience.
• Hands-on experience with Throughput, PTK, and MKT.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage and train a large team.
• Notice period of up to 15 days preferred.
