Job summary

Policybazaar.com is looking for an experienced Process Trainer to manage training and development for the B2C sales/voice process. The role emphasizes hands-on sales training, process knowledge, and key business performance metrics.

The trainer will conduct process, product, sales, and refresher training for new and existing employees, identify gaps, provide coaching, and monitor post-training performance in collaboration with Operations and Quality teams to drive better productivity and sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Process/Sales Training.
• Mandatory experience in a Voice Process.
• Hands-on experience with Throughput, PTK, and MKT.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage and train a large team.
• Notice period of up to 15 days preferred.
