Job summary

Policybazaar.com is seeking an experienced Process Trainer to lead training and development for the B2C sales/voice process. The role focuses on hands-on sales training, process coaching, and measuring business performance metrics.

You will conduct process, product, sales, and refresher trainings; identify gaps; deliver coaching; monitor effectiveness; and collaborate with Operations and Quality to drive agent productivity and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Process/Sales Training.
• Mandatory experience in a Voice Process.
• Hands-on experience with Throughput, PTK, and MKT.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage and train a large team.
• Candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred.
