Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking a dynamic Senior Trainer to lead on-ground sales training across North India, travelling up to 20 days a month to keep decentralized teams aligned and performing at their best.

The role requires onboarding new hires, conducting refresher sessions, and coordinating training calendars, with strong coaching and communication skills to drive monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training/Corporate Trainer role, preferably in Insurance, BPO, or BFSI sector is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in employee development, coaching, and mentoring to help sales consultants achieve monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• New Hire Onboarding: Train new employees in core sales techniques, product knowledge, customer communication, and CRM/systems.
• Refresher Training: Audit sales calls, provide feedback, and conduct refresher sessions to boost floor productivity.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Attend monthly calibration meetings and participate in new product launches to stay aligned with corporate strategies.
• Material & Schedule Management: Coordinate training calendars, set up training rooms, create engaging training materials, and track participant performance.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of workshops conducted, attendance sheets, feedback loops, and follow-up training plans.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer to join our team. This is an on-ground, highly active role that involves travelling to ensure our decentralized teams are aligned, highly skilled, and performing at their absolute best.

Key Responsibilities

• New Hire Onboarding: Train new employees in core sales techniques, product knowledge (Term, Investment or both), customer communication, and internal CRM/systems.
• Refresher Training: Continuous auditing of sales calls to identify performance gaps, providing constructive feedback, and conducting refresher training sessions to boost floor productivity.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Attend monthly calibration meetings and participate in new product launches to stay aligned with corporate strategies.
• Material & Schedule Management: Coordinate training calendars, set up training rooms, create engaging training materials, and track participant performance through detailed score sheets.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of workshops conducted, attendance sheets, feedback loops, and follow-up training plans.

Who is an Ideal Fit? (Requirements)

Background: Proven experience working in a Training/Corporate Trainer role (experience in Insurance, BPO, or BFSI sector is a huge plus).

Coaching Excellence: Strong proficiency in employee development, coaching, and mentoring to help sales consultants achieve their monthly targets.
