Rajkamal Barscan Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Thane invites an energetic sales professional to drive business growth by generating new leads and converting them into customers.

You will identify customer requirements and promote RFID, Barcode, AIDC, Scanners and related IT products. Maintain a strong sales pipeline, coordinate with internal teams for pricing, availability and delivery, and participate in client meetings, product demonstrations and field visits.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline; B.Com, BBA, BA preferred.
• MBA/PGDM Marketing preferred.
• Freshers welcome; 6 months to 1 year sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, references, networking and other channels.
• Identify customer requirements and assist in providing suitable product solutions.
• Learn and promote RFID, Barcode, AIDC, Scanners, Printers and related IT products.
• Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and customer records.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, delivery and customer requirements.
• Attend client meetings, customer visits, product demonstrations and field sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduate B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent.
• MBA/PGDM Marketing will be preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 1 year sales/business development experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic and willing to learn.
• Interest in B2B sales, technology and business development.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and email.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits/client meetings is mandatory.
