Job summary

T&N Business Services in Uttar Pradesh, India is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader for GPay to drive growth, build and mentor a focused field sales team, and ensure excellent customer engagement across the designated territories. The role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution.

You will manage daily targets, recruit and train staff, monitor performance, coordinate with merchants and channel partners, handle inventory planning, and produce clear day-end reports to the ASM.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Local Language(Read, Write, Speak) / Location specific regional language
• Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle
• Location specific geographical area and market knowledge
• Should be willing to travel daily to meet sales targets

Responsibilities

• Who can build and handle a team of approximately 12 to 15 Field sales executive.
• Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets.
• Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance.
• Responsible for evaluating Sales team performances, assigning tasks and providing support to team members if they have any concern.
• Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork after assigning the inventory to team members
• Share daily day end reports with ASM.
