• Recruit and train new sales staff; monitor team performance.
• Evaluate team performance, assign tasks, and provide support as needed.
• Maintain inventory and complete paperwork after assigning inventory.
• Share day-end reports with ASM.

Job Responsibilities

• Who can build and handle a team of approximately 12 to 15 Field sales executive.
• Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets.
• Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance.
• Responsible for evaluating Sales team performances, assigning tasks and providing support to team members if they have any concern.
• Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork after assigning the inventory to team members
• Share daily day end reports with ASM.
