Job summary

T&N Business Services in Uttar Pradesh is seeking an experienced sales team leader to drive growth and oversee sales, managerial, and administrative activities.

The role includes hiring and training people, stock control, and building a 12-15 member field sales team to meet daily and monthly targets, with travel required to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Local Language(Read, Write, Speak) / Location specific regional language
• Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle
• Location specific geographical area and market knowledge.
• Should be willing to travel daily to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of approximately 12 to 15 Field sales executives.
• Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets.
• Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance.
• Responsible for evaluating Sales team performances, assigning tasks and providing support to team members if they have any concern.
• Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork after assigning the inventory to team members
• Share daily day end reports with ASM.
