Money Solution is a Personal Loan Outbound Sales company and a channel partner associated with multiple private banks and NBFCs.

Work Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi. Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Pay: ₹20,** - ₹40,** per month. Work Location: In person.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking sector (Personal Loan Sales preferred).
• Sales team leadership experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Handle and guide team members on daily sales activities.
• Generate and convert personal loan leads.
• Handle customers and resolve their queries effectively.
• Ensure proper product knowledge among team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance.
• Develop strategies to improve sales and conversion.
• Take timely decisions and support the team in achieving targets.
