Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales / Telesales.
• 2+ years of Team Handling experience.
• B2C Sales experience is Mandatory.
• Strong exposure to Inside Sales / Telesales Operations.
• Hands-on experience in managing Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, Occupancy, and Team Performance.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve business targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Regional Language is Mandatory: Tamil.
• Graduation is Mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team productivity, conversions, and overall sales performance.

• Maintain MIS reports and track team performance.
