Job summary

Smart Labtech Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a Sales Support professional to manage proposals, order profiles, and essential ERP document uploads within the Commercial Department.

You will handle tender submissions, maintain contract review records, and coordinate with suppliers and sales teams to ensure timely responses and accurate MIS reporting.

Ideal candidates hold any degree (sciences preferred) with MBA or computer knowledge, and possess product knowledge and quick learning ability.

Qualifications

• Any Degree preferably Sciences.
• Computer knowledge or MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation & submission of Proposals as per the enquiries generated by the Sales Colleagues.
• Preparation & Submission of Order Profiles, on receipt of Purchase Orders from the Customers.
• Uploading of essential documents in the ERP for the next course of action, by the Commercial Department.
• Maintenance of contract review records updated.
• Submission of Online and Global Tenders.
• Maintenance of Departmental Documents & Records as per ISO norms and Standards.
• Maintaining Correspondence with Suppliers / Principles for Techno Commercial issues & queries.
• Maintenance of external Documents received from Principles for dispersal to Sales Team.
• Preparation and Submission of MIS to Management at the Month-end.
