Job summary

Shyam Metalics And Energy is seeking a detailed professional to manage sales orders, internal transfers, MIS, and SAP SD related tasks. You will support order processing, invoicing, and reporting while coordinating with dispatch and create teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires handling customer inquiries, maintaining credits and compliance, and generating customer ledgers on request. Experience with SAP SD and related modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Release sales orders for SMEL & SSPL-TMT, STRUCTURE, WRM, WDM, PIG, SLAG, BILLET, SPONGE & PELLET.
• Release Internal Stock transfer PO & SO for SMEL & SSPL (Plant to Depo Transfer).
• Booking Purchase Bills for SSPL Depo (Internal Sale purchase).
• Maintain TCS and TDS condition records on customer master based on customer declaration received from customer.
• Maintain credit limit based on approval.
• Maintain Quotation quantity based on management strategy.
• Control sundry debtors by clearing overdue outstanding.
• Resolve Sales and Distribution related issues by coordinating concern person and team.
• Resolve customer queries to retain customer satisfaction.
• Send customer ledger as per customer request.
• Coordinate with SO create team and Dispatch team for smooth and faster Dispatch.
• Record LC & BG on EXIM module for sales.
• Send customer wise outstanding ageing report for clear outstanding within the credit period.
• Doing UAT for new development on SAP related to SD module.
• Prepare and maintain various MIS as per the management requirement.
• Assisting in preparing Sales order, Purchase Order, Quotation and Invoice.
• Following up with concern person for orders and payments.
• Supporting the sales team with data, reports, and presentations. Handling customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
