Job summary

Smart Labtech Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a sales-oriented professional to identify prospects for our instruments and equipment, and to engage with stakeholders across QC, QA, Maintenance and end users.

You will track requirements, maintain the customer database and strive to meet sales targets. Strong product knowledge and quick learning are required. The role emphasizes field interaction, lead generation, and collaboration with senior staff to close deals.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree (preferably sciences) or MBA.
• Good product knowledge and willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and leads based on the need for instruments and equipment.
• Engage with QC, QA, Maintenance and end users to gather information and close sales.
• Understand customer requirements and maintain the database.
• Achieve preset sales goals and assist management with receivables.

Roles And Resposibilities

• Acquiring sufficient knowledge on our products, from trainings, Manuals, seniors and Off & On from the field Work.
• Identifying the Prospects and Leads basing on the need for our instruments and equipment, calling on them

frequently acquiring information about requirement. Interacting with concerned personnel like QC, QA, Maintenance, Purchase and the End User.

• Adapting the concept Find the need and Fill it. If required, taking the help of Seniors and Higher-Ups, in the Process and for Sale-closing.

• Understand all the prospects needs, problems, and wants. Maintain the Database.
• Achieving the Preset Sales Goals and help the Management in realising the receivables.
• And such other works, time and again, as entrusted by the Management.

Must-Have Requirements

• Any Degree Preferably Sciences, Computer knowledge/MBA
