Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Sales Manager to lead showroom sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage sales performance, channel activities, and business development initiatives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase showroom footfall, conversions, and revenue.
- Manage customer interactions and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop the customer and dealer network.
- Manage channel sales activities, including order coordination, inventory planning, and logistics coordination.
- Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Dispatch, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Handle customer queries, negotiate commercial terms where applicable, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Drive promotional and marketing activities at the showroom to improve brand visibility and sales.
- Track individual and team performance and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Preferred Background
- Experience in building materials, luxury surfaces, tiles, sanitaryware, marble, granite, quartz, furniture, interiors, or related industries will be preferred.
- Experience handling premium/luxury products and showroom sales will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in managing dealers, architects, interior designers, and direct customers will be preferred.
