Job summary

Home By Kosene Living in Bengaluru invites a customer-focused Showroom Sales Representative to join our showroom team. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, present suitable products, and drive sales to deliver an excellent showroom experience from enquiry through purchase.

You will coordinate with inventory and delivery teams, maintain attractive displays, meet monthly targets, handle questions professionally, and stay updated on new products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product recommendations.
• Experience in showroom or retail sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and available options.
• Demonstrate products and provide suitable recommendations.
• Generate leads and convert showroom enquiries into sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
• Coordinate with inventory, delivery, installation, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-presented.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and elevate issues when required.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, pricing, and competitor offerings.
