You will generate leads, handle calls with US clients, promote stays and wellness experiences, understand requirements, handle objections, close bookings, and upsell services. US shifts with rotational weekends; 1–3 years experience in B2B or international sales encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in sales or business development.
• Experience with international/US clients is a plus.
• Excellent spoken English and negotiation skills.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join the hospitality and wellness segment of a US-based luxury resort business.

• Generate leads through enquiries, follow-ups, and outbound outreach.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective US customers.
• Promote resort stays, wellness packages, retreats, and other experiences.
• Understand customer requirements, handle objections, and close bookings.
• Upsell packages, room categories, and additional services.
• Maintain accurate lead records and achieve individual sales targets.

• Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong B2B sales experience with the ability to handle international/US clients.
• Candidates with domestic market experience and excellent spoken English who can confidently communicate with US clients are also welcome.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• A target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work US shifts, including rotational weekends.
