Job summary

Omspire Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Field Sales Representatives to promote Hello Society – Society Management App across Kolkata, Bhubaneswar and Jamshedpur. You will visit residential societies, meet committee members, explain the app, and encourage adoption.

This full-time role offers ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month plus travel allowance and incentives. Freshers may apply; a smartphone and two-wheeler are preferred for travel and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Must be willing to travel within the assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Show how the app works.
• Encourage societies to start using our app.
• Follow up with interested societies.
• Submit daily visit reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹7,000–₹10,000, based on skills and experience.
• Travel Allowance: ₹200 per day after visiting at least 4 societies and submitting the daily report.
• Extra Commission: Earn commission for every society successfully onboarded.
• Performance Incentives: Earn more based on your performance.
• Training and support will be provided.
