Job summary

Whitepage Research is hiring two Field Sales Executives to introduce PROradius Invoicing to local businesses across Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur and Howrah districts in West Bengal. This is a field-based role with no office required.

You will visit shops, provide live demos of the invoicing software, answer questions, and negotiate to close sales, while maintaining daily records and attending a brief daily online team meeting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year field sales experience.
• Strong Bengali and Hindi communication.
• Willing to travel within East Medinipur, West Medinipur or Howrah districts.
• Two-wheeler preferred.

Responsibilities

Location: Field-based in Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur and Howrah districts, West Bengal. Towns covered: Medinipur, Haldia, Tamluk, Panskura, Mecheda and Bagnan, and nearby areas. No office needed.

Pay: ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 a month, depending on experience and interview, plus sales commission

About the role

Whiterage Research is hiring two field sales executives to introduce PROradius Invoicing to local businesses, show them how it works and win them as customers. PROradius helps shop owners and small businesses send invoices, track stock and collect payments, with GST billing.

What you will do

Visit shops and small businesses in your area and build relationships with the owners

Explain PROradius and give live demos of the invoicing and billing software

Answer questions and negotiate with the owner to close the sale

Arrange and attend follow-up meetings until the decision is made

Update your visits, demos and follow-ups on a shared sheet every day

Join a short daily online team meeting

Aim for 10 sales a month

What we are looking for

At least 1 year of sales experience (field sales preferred)

3 to 5 years of field sales experience qualifies for the top of the pay range

Good communication in Bengali and Hindi (required). English is an advantage.

Good negotiation skills

Comfortable visiting shops and meeting new people every day

Live in or near East Medinipur, West Medinipur or Howrah, so you can reach the towns easily

A two-wheeler (bike) is preferred

A smartphone and a reliable internet connection

Pay and benefits

₹14,000 a month to start: ₹12,000 basic pay and ₹2,000 travel allowance

Up to ₹25,000 a month for experienced candidates: ₹23,000 basic pay and ₹2,000 travel allowance

Travel allowance is paid with your salary. If your travel costs more, the company will pay more.

Commission of 5% of the sale value on every sale

Reach 10 sales in a month and you earn 10% of the sale value on all your sales that month

Pay is not a barrier for the right candidate

Targets and performance

Monthly target: 10 sales for each sales executive

Fewer than 5 sales in a month places you on a performance improvement plan (PIP), a structured plan with support and clear goals

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. The daily online team meeting is separate and is not counted in the field hours.
