Job summary

Selecttruetech in Bengaluru is seeking an enthusiastic IT Sales Recruiter to join our HR team. You will hire talented sales professionals for our IT business across levels, with strong sourcing, superb communication, and timely closing of positions.

The role requires hands-on sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals, plus conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukai, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate communication skills, sales aptitude experience, and technical understanding.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding.
• Negotiate salary packages within company guidelines.
• Prepare and roll out offer letters in coordination with the HR department.
• Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete before joining.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
