Job summary

Boxnbiz Technologies in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Logistics/Freight Forwarding professional to manage RFQs, pricing, and quotations for Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) and other logistics services. You will source rates, prepare competitive quotes, and maintain quotation records.

You will also track RFQs, support the sales team to improve RFQ-to-booking conversions, and ensure accurate CRM data while providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Hands-on experience in freight pricing, RFQ handling, and quotation management.
• Good understanding of Ocean Export Freight (FCL/LCL) and logistics processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFQs from sales team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

RFQ & Pricing Management

• Manage and respond to RFQs received from the sales team and customers.
• Source competitive freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners.
• Prepare and share accurate and timely quotations for Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) and other logistics services.
• Maintain updated rate sheets and quotation records.

RFQ Conversion Support

• Track all RFQs and quotations shared with customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve RFQ-to-booking conversion rates.
• Follow up internally to ensure the timely closure of potential bookings.

Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding daily RFQ updates and quotation priorities.
• Support the sales team in preparing pricing proposals and commercial responses.

Reporting & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate CRM entries for RFQs, quotations, and booking updates.
• Ensure proper CRM hygiene and accurate data tracking.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly reports with the sales team and management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
• Hands-on experience in freight pricing, RFQ handling, and quotation management.
• Good understanding of Ocean Export Freight (FCL/LCL) and logistics processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
