Qualifications

• 2-8 years experience in Surgical Sales, Medical Devices, or Pharma Distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science graduates preferred).
• Strong knowledge of surgical products and hospital procurement processes.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell surgical products, medical devices, and healthcare consumables.
• Visit pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals regularly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacies, doctors, surgeons, purchase departments, and distributors.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base, especially in retail channel.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and customer feedback.
