Job summary

People, Jobs, and News is seeking a field sales professional to build and manage a dealer network for architectural products in Kerala. You will focus on display, branding, and merchandising at dealer outlets while driving primary and secondary sales growth.

You will engage architects, contractors, and homeowners to generate enquiries, visit sites, and present solutions. Strong negotiation and pipeline tracking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural product sales preferred.
• Knowledge of UPVC/Aluminum doors & windows, WPC, laminates, hardware.
• Ability to manage dealer networks and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, appoint and manage a network of Priority & Trade Dealers to drive sales.
• Meet architects, project teams, contractors and homeowners to generate enquiries; conduct site visits.
• Achieve secondary sales targets; track pipeline and convert enquiries into orders.
• Submit regular sales reports and coordinate with CRM and operations for order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Network Development Identify, appoint and manage a network of Priority & Trade Dealers. Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising at dealer outlets. Regularly visit and support dealer partners to enhance primary and secondary sales.
• Market Development & Enquiry Generation Target key customer segments – Meet architects, project, contractors, and homeowners to generate enquiries. Conduct regular site visits, customer presentations, and relationship initiatives to drive demand.
• Sales Target Achievement Achieve secondary sales monthly, quarterly, and annual value targets. Track sales pipeline, follow up on enquiries, and convert orders.
• Reporting & Coordination Submit regular sales reports, customer feedback, and dealer performance metrics. Coordinate with internal CRM, and operations teams for seamless order fulfilment.
