Job Purpose

To generate new business from various locations and retain customers by providing excellent services.

Job Responsibilities

Sourcing and Business Generation

• Source proposals from individual farmers, co-operative societies, rural mandis & markets, Kisan Clubs, Farmer Producer Organizations.
• Source liability business from mapped dairy societies, farmers, and other potential customers.
• Generate Cross Sell business from mapped locations.
• Conduct marketing activities for new business generation.
• Achieve assigned targets.
• Increase penetration of KGC Business in existing and new villages.
• Source business from farmers and actively actively involve in Government Schemes.
• Ensure DBT seeding for all accounts.

Relationship Building And Customer Support

• Provide pre and post disbursement support to customers.
• Coordinate with customers and insurance co. vets for cattle tagging and claim support.
• Create awareness on Digital Cattle loan Product for eligible farmers.
• Liaise with existing customers for relationship building.

Housekeeping, Portfolio And Audit Management

• Submit Post Disbursement Documents (PDD).
• Submit Call Memos.
• Collect & Submit LAD.
• Handle IAD alerts & exceptions.

Business Correspondent (BC) Management

• Periodically visit BC locations and guide BCs on business and regulatory requirements.
• Support BCs in processing CASA sourcing and coordinate with Ops, branch.
• Coordinate with auditors for BC spot audits.

Others

• Perform any other task assigned by seniors.
