Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in PortBlair. The Sales Officer will identify and qualify prospective clients, present suitable property options, and conduct site visits and property tours.

• Update sales records and coordinate with internal teams and property owners.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitors.
• Deliver consistent customer service, meet sales targets, and represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and respond to diverse client needs.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities, including lead generation, pitching, and closing property deals.
• Good communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of real estate processes, property documentation, and local market dynamics, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on‑site, conduct regular field visits, and manage time efficiently to handle multiple prospects.
• Comfort using phones, email, and basic digital tools or CRM systems to track leads and maintain records.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
