Job summary

Hinduja Housing Finance Limited in Tamil Nadu is seeking a field sales professional to expand our sourcing network and promote company schemes. You will identify leads through officials, builders, and brokers, and drive marketing initiatives across local establishments.

The role requires field execution, distribution of promotional material, and efficient handling of documentation and post-sanction processes to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Identify sourcing contacts and network for referrals from officials in Town Planning offices, panchayats, builders, engineers and real estate brokers.
• Propagate Hinduja Housing Finance Limited schemes and conduct marketing activities across commercial, industrial, educational and service establishments.
• Distribute brochures, pamphlets and promotional materials at identified establishments.
• Identify construction projects in the market via open market or direct sourcing.
• Screen proposals from prospects using the Tab Application and communicate in-principle approvals based on customer criteria.
• Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for appraisal, pre-sanction documentation, communicate formal approvals and collect processing fees.
• Complete post-sanction documentation.

Role & responsibilities

1. Identify sourcing contacts and network with such contacts for referral of leads from the following sources

a. Officials in the Town Planning office / Panchayat Offices

b. Small builders and contractors

c. Civil Engineers / Planners / Draftsmen

d. Hardware stores, dealers of building and construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, sand etc.

e. Local Masons / petty contractors

f. Real estate and land developers

g. Real estate brokers

h. Officials in the sub-registrar office etc.

2. Propagate our company and the schemes in all commercial, industrial, educational, service establishments and do marketing activities.

3. Distribution of brochures / pamphlets / promotional materials at identified establishments

4. Identify construction projects in the market through open market / direct market sourcing

5. Initial screening of the proposal getting the application from the prospect and screening using the Tab Application’; Communicate ‘in principle’ approval based on the customer selection criteria inbuilt in the ‘Tab Application’

6. Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for proper appraisal of the proposal, complete the pre-sanction documentation, communicate formal approval of the proposal and collect processing fee from the customer

7. Complete post-sanction documentation.
