Job summary

Euro India Fresh Foods in Pune is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to coordinate with distributors, retailers and the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and timely product deliveries.

You will prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, monitor inventory, and support promotions while ensuring effective communication with distributors and smooth sales operations across assigned territories.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports, sales data, and performance dashboards using Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
• Monitor inventory levels, track sales orders, and collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to prevent stock shortages and delivery delays.
• Support sales managers in executing trade schemes, promotions, and market activities while ensuring effective communication with distributors.
• Handle customer and distributor queries, follow up on payments and outstanding issues, and ensure smooth sales operations across assigned territories.
