Job summary

Quba Group in NCR is seeking a Sales Officer specializing in kitchen & home appliances to drive growth by engaging retailers, dealers and direct customers. You will build a robust sales pipeline, conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, and support channel partners to boost visibility, merchandising and market penetration across distribution channels.

You will monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, onboard distributors, and coordinate promotional activities to achieve targets

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers (e.g., retailers, dealers, distributors, direct consumers).
• Sales & Marketing: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Negotiate sales terms, prepare quotes, and close deals effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize product visibility and market penetration.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Distribution Sales & Channel Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and inventory management across distribution channels.
• Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
• Identify and onboard new distributors/dealers to expand the company's reach.
