Job summary

Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group) invites an energetic field sales professional to drive the complete product portfolio in the Jharkhand territory. You will work directly with dealers, distributors and retailers to meet or exceed targets.

The role requires FMCG channel sales experience (minimum 2 years) and proficiency with MS Office. You will launch promotions, manage outlets, ensure timely payments, and report MIS to the sales manager.

• Mandatory FMCG experience (2+ years).
• Must have experience in FMCG channel sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of the complete product portfolio in the designated territory, meeting targets.
• Execute promotional activities per company policies.
• Lead product launches and relaunches to grow market presence.
• Ensure timely payment collection with orders and expedite fulfilment with depot/CSA.
• Develop plans to visit and cover all assigned outlets within designated timeframe.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Promote high-volume and high-margin SKUs to boost revenue.
• Adhere to beat plan with geo compliance and tracking.
• Ensure effective territory performance and management.
• Push higher-range SKUs and introduce new SKUs in the market.
• OTP-based outlet verification and outlet-facing time.
• Drive secondary sales with wider outlet coverage.
• Submit MIS reports to the reporting manager.
• Engage in direct sales activities for readily available inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales of the complete product portfolio within the designated territory, achieving or exceeding established sales targets.
• Execute sales promotional activities in adherence to company policies and frameworks.
• Spearhead product launches and re-launches to establish market presence and surpass defined sales objectives.
• Secure timely payment collection with accompanying orders and ensure expeditious fulfilment through follow-up with depot/CSA.
• Develop and execute a plan to visit and cover all assigned outlets within designated timeframe.
• Foster positive and collaborative relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Focus on promoting and selling high-volume and high-margin SKUs (stock keeping units) to increase overall revenue.
• Adherence to PJP/beat plan with geo compliance and tracking
• Effective territory performance and management
• Focus on selling higher-range SKUs and pushing new SKUs in the market
• OTP-based outlet verification and defined outlet facing time
• Driving secondary sales with higher secondary outlet coverage
• Submit timely and accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports to the reporting manager.

Engage in direct sales activities for readily available inventory.
