Job summary

Madhav Solar Energy Limited is seeking dynamic sales professionals to join our growing team across key Indian cities. The role involves building new business through field visits, calls, references and digital channels while understanding solar power requirements and presenting tailored solar solutions.

Ideal candidates are graduates in business, marketing or engineering with 1–3 years in solar/renewable EPC sales (or 3+ years in other sectors).

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC Sales: 1–3 years experience.
• Others: 3+ years in Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience in B2B / B2C sales is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, references, and digital channels.
• Identify potential customers and understand their solar power requirements.
• Meet clients and present suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic project details.
• Manage client relationships, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with technical and internal teams for site surveys and project execution.
• Maintain accurate lead, customer, and follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
