Job summary

Tirupati Transformer Pvt. Ltd. in Greater Noida invites a results-driven Sales Executive (Field Sales) to drive account growth in the NCR region.

You will generate leads, visit industrial clients, and coordinate technical and commercial proposals for transformers and electrical panels. The role requires 2–3 years of field sales experience in transformer or electrical panel sectors, strong negotiation and communication skills, willingness to travel across NCR, and owning a two-wheeler.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of field sales experience in transformer/electrical panel sales.
• Strong technical understanding of transformers and switchgear/panels.
• Willingness to travel across the NCR for field visits.
• Own a two-wheeler preferred.

Tirupati Transformer Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of power and distribution transformers, based in Greater Noida since 2014. We serve industrial clients across NCR (Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Faridabad) and export to 20+ countries across Africa and the Middle East.

Role: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with hands‑on knowledge of transformers and electric panels to drive field sales and client relationships in the NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and manage field sales for transformers & electrical panels
• Visit industrial clients, contractors, and consultants across NCR
• Understand client requirements and coordinate technical/commercial proposals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on payments, orders, and after‑sales support

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in transformer/electrical panel sales (mandatory)
• Good technical understanding of transformers and switchgear/panels
• Willingness to travel for field visits across NCR
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Own two‑wheeler preferred

Compensation: ₹35,000/month + travel allowance (if applicable)
