What is the purpose of the role:

• Meet potential POSP agents in assigned geographical areas.
• Service the existing POS to drive sales growth.

• Know local agent network.

• Have insurance background with hands‑on experience in agency vertical of a general insurance company or insurance brokerage firm.
• Manage relationships with customers.
• Identify and communicate customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
